Southampton’s boardroom has once again become a circus.
With the departure of Rupert Lowe and the promised influx of new investment a new dawn at SMS was promised to the fans.
But news of Wilde conceding that he cannot find new investment and handing over the job to chief executive Jim Hone and Southampton Leisure Holdings chairman Ken Dulieu has now been followed by the Echo reporting boardroom ‘squabbling’ with one director accused of ‘delaying tactics’.
Another boardroom shakeup looks on the cards at SMS.
