HAS Derby County’s win over the Saints won them the title?
Southampton remain fifth despite losing, but the gap to Derby has now stretched to 10 points, if Saints had won it would have been 4.
Their closest rivals are now Preston North End who are trailing by 6 points.
The Play-Off places are filled by West Bromwich Albion, Birmingham, Southampton and Cardiff.
The gap between 6th and 2nd is still only 4 points, while Wolverhampton Wanderers in 10th are still in the battle as they are only 9 points behind Preston.
But Derby County’s lead at the top will now mean that they are difficult to catch.
