12 games into the season, two wins, a 9-0 defeat, and just eight points accumulated. It has been an awful season so far for Southampton.
Am I correct in saying that we currently have no Director of football, no head of recruitment, no assistant manager, no first team coaches (just assistant coaches) and no Under 23s manager and a temporary Under 18s manager? #SaintsFC

The south coast side sit 19th in the Premier League table after nearly a third of the season come and gone, and supporters are growing anxious about the club’s current situation, and although problems on the pitch currently look gloom, off the field issues are seemingly becoming more problematic.
As brought up by Twitter account Glen de la Cour, Southampton are currently lacking any figures in vital positions at the club, such assistant manager, Director of Football and U-23 manager, something that has caused alarm amongst Saints fans given how crucial these roles are in the game and how vital they are to the success of a club.
Here’s what Southampton fans had to say about the club’s lack of key figures on Twitter…

I’m not a ‘football person’ or an ‘expert’ but I reckon this isn’t a good way to move forward.

This all should of been sorted out in the summer. But appointments will have to be made very soon.

Why aren’t we looking to get an out of work manager in as a coach there are plenty out there who are decent coaches but not the greatest managers! Take maclaren for instance meant to be a great coach but not a good manager!

Supporters are certain that Gao has no real interest in Southampton and that the Chinese businessman only views the club as an asset…
I’ve been saying for about 18 months that Gao is an asset stripper. He bought us to impress Xi Jing Ping. Kat has no interest, it was her dads pride & joy. We’re also a Laundry for Gao & piggy bank for Kat.

Sounded like Ralph K and Liebherr did a right number on the club in finding new investor to take the club forward she was only interested in a fast buck she should just resign and give rhe supporters her 20% at least we care !

Almost like that is something that a group representating the fans should raise with the club and not how clean the seats are or suggest social media accounts should be monitored
