Could Chris Coleman be the new Southampton Gaffer? Well, he certainly wants the job.

The former Fulham and Real Sociedad manager only left his post in Spain a week ago, but is already eyeing a retutn to management.

Colemans agent Alan Smith said this: ‘Of course Chris will be interested. It’s a good club and has a fantastic new stadium now.’

This is great news for Saints fans. He is a very good manager and knows how to get a club promoted. To be fair Coleman should have never been sacked from Fulham.

The former centre-back could also help sort out the defence.
