So the inevitable has happened. Rupert Lowe and Michael Wilde have returned to the club they love after some time in the wilderness, holding hands and promising everyone a tough ride to put things back on track, but ultimately a better future.

Lowe basically blames Wilde for the demise of the club in the past couple of years but don’t worry they’re firm buddies now and they’re on a mission to firmly put the club back on the map. We the fans have been formally asked, in a somewhat regal way, to back the club and the board to the hilt throughout these difficult times and of course we will oblige in any way we can. We love Lowe, you see. Before he discovered us we were stuck in the dark ages in a dilapidated stadium. Our most expensive player cost 10p and we knitted our own kit. He turned us into a super-modern brand, floated us on the stock market, blessed us with corporate hospitality boxes full of highly respected businessmen with loads of money to spend and gifted us with a new manager every month. He is an icon, a saviour and we worship him and thank him for everything he has done for us.

As a result of this we are naturally thrilled to have him back in the fold. A shining light to lead us back to the promised land. Welcome back Rupert! Welcome back Michael! It’s a good news day!

I think i bumped my head earlier. Before my concussion i was CONVINCED they were selfish businessmen whose only concern was protecting their investment. Let the asset stripping commence.
