Jack Cork has joined Championship rivals Watford on loan.

Cork, who has played 25 times this season for the Saints, has excelled in a red and white shirt.

On loan from Chelsea, the 19 year old has decided the leave the Saints and join fellow Championship strugglers Watford.

Cork’s loan ran out on December 31st, and the versatile player assessed his options and chose to join up with ex-Chelsea reserve coach – Brendan Rodgers. Rodgers took over the Hornets a few months ago and his involvement with Watford has certainly swayed Cork’s mind to leave St. Mary’s.
