Southampton were beaten two-one by Crystal Palace in the FA Cup on Saturday.

It’s left to ‘concentrating’ on the league now for Southampton after Palace saw off the Saints two-one as the FA Cup season began and ended on Saturday.

Southampton were behind when Joel Ward opened the scoring around the half hour mark with former Saints winger Jason Puncheon setting him up.

Early in the second half Oriol Romeu followed up after Cuco Martina saw his effort saved by Crystal Palace ‘keeper Wayne Hennessey but Palace won it when Wilfried Zaha volleyed past Marten Stekelenburg with Puncheon again involved.

The above video shows the highlights from this game at the St Mary’s Stadium as the poor run of form against Palace continued.
