SAINTS midfielder David Prutton may decide to stay at Southampton and sit out the remainder of his contract instead of joining home town side Hull City.

The Hull Daily Mail believes that Prutton is available for a fee of around £200,000, but his current wage of around £4,000 a week could prove to be a stumbling block for the move.

  • At his age you would think he would prefer to play rather than sit out his contract until the end of the season.
