Saints have let Ricardo Fuller join Ipswich on a month long loan deal.

The 26-year-old striker, signed from Pompey by Harry Redknapp, has slipped down the pecking order since the arrival of Peter Madsen and Gregorsz Rasiak at the club.

Despite brief flashes of his ability the Jamaican has never really settled at St Mary’s and has yet to rediscover the form which saw him score 27 times in 57 appearances for Preston.

This season he has scored 3 times for the Saints, which amazingly makes him the second highest goalscorer for Saints this season!

Fuller will be eligible to make his Ipswich debut against Wolves on Saturday.
