Southampton fans have known for a while that Mario Lemina likely isn’t going to be one who is Ralph Hasenhuttl’s plans, despite his exceptional talents. However, now he’s left and will play for Galatasaray on loan this season.

Lemina was linked with Manchester United this summer but ultimately that failed to get anywhere past the Red Devils simply enquiring about the Gabonese midfielder, as per Sky Sports.
Now it seems that the player’s time at Southampton is up as the ex-Juventus man has left for Galatasaray, although with the move only on loan there is the potential for a revival on the south coast next summer.

Yeah great step up! Glad he’s gone, but disappointed also as he had potential if the right attitude. Not suprised he didn’t end up at a big club or league

The fans are obviously delighted to be rid of Lemina, and now they’ll be keen to get on with their own season and forget about the midfielder.
