West Brom goalkeeper Dean Kiely thought the referee was strong and used his common sense!

The former P*rtsmouth stopper told the Echo: ‘He was strong and he used his common sense by taking the conditions into account.’

Those decisions included ignoring the FIFA guidelines of showing a red card when a defender stops a goalscoring opportunity AND the fact that he was the last man of the defence AND THEN ignoring a goalkeeper handling outside the box.
