Lallana Should Stay

Fulham and Wolverhampton are two clubs that have been linked with Adam in the past. Alan Pardew reckons that in his own interest, Adam should stay at Saints for at least another 18 months.

There is a feeling, almost a fear, that Adam could highlight his talent on Sunday. The in-form midfielder could easily make more of a name for himself in the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy final.

If Adam does explode onto the Wembley stage in the grand manner it could be very tempting for him to move to the top flight. A lot of the top clubs will be watching and one big display could increase his value twofold.

While the temptation is obvious for Adam it could be a mistake to leave right now. Having seen the trouble that the likes of Walcott and Bale had when leaving early it is believed that Adam should stay.

He could get himself ready in that time to play at the top level. Hopefully while doing it he can help the club reach that level as well.
