As reported earlier this week David McGoldrick could be set to leave Southampton on loan.
George Burley’s decision to release McGoldrick on loan has already gained the attention of former Southampton coach Kevin Bond who is now manager of Bournemouth.
He told the Echo: ‘I’ve enquired about taking David on loan and the manager has said he will leave it up to him where he wants to go.’
