Southampton reserves can virtually clinch the title tonight with a win over Brighton.

Saints will take a young side to Woking for the match, with Dyer, Licka and Lallana the only senior players in the team.

Miller who has returned from a loan spell at Torquay will be on the bench.

Saints Res: Poke, Hatch, Mills, Licka, Lancashire, Thomson, Dyer, Lallana, Baseya, James, Dutton-Black. Subs: (from) Byrne, White, Toti, Paterson, I Jones, Miller.

Mathematically another 4 points are required to officially win the league, but realistically Saints have already won it, as the only contenders for the title are Bournemouth as they have only played 4 games so far this season.

Reserves team boss Stewart Henderson told the official site: ‘I don’t often get to see a league table but although it would be nice to win the division, the main aim is to bring players through.’
