All this week, the Young Lions are taking part in the Elite Round of qualifying for the European Championships for the right to reach the Finals of the competition held in May.
Even better for Calum was the fact that it was him who scored the 56th minute winner as England beat the Ukraine U17’s 1-0.
John Peacock’s side still have Spain and Georgia to play this week and need to finish top of their group to qualify for the finals.
oth Shaw and Chambers have previously represented England at U17 level, whilst another Saints Academy star, Bevis Muagbi is also on standby for the squad.
Yet again this shows that our Academy is doing well.
