Saints will go into this game knowing a win is essential if they are to propel themselves back into the promotion race.
Saints are just two points away from a play off place and a win today could put them right back in the mixer.
In charge of Leeds is Saints old boy Dennis Wise who infamously left the club after being snubbed in favour of George Burley for the Saints manager’s job. Wise will no doubt be doing his upmost to put one over his former employers.
Leeds are in good form and go into today’s game looking for their second win on the bounce.
‘I wanted Dennis to stay as a player. I felt he could still do a job but he left and did very well at Coventry.’
We are only two points behind the play-off places. Our aim at the start of the season was to finish in the top six and I am confident that by the end of the season we will be right up there and giving it our best shot to go up.’
George Burley
Healy Returns, Gary Kelly is a doubt, Hayden Foxe could come in.
Is probably one of the most deadly strikers in the Championship. On his day he can be unstoppable.
Kenwyne Jones and Gregorz Rasiak could both miss out. Jones is suffering with an ankle injury whilst Rasiak is still struggling with a rib injury.
Showed he is still a threat going forward with a vital last gasp equaliser at the Stadium of Light.
