FORMER boss Dave Merrington is concerned over where the investment into the club is going to come from.
When Michael Wilde and his directors moved into SMS, they hinted that they would be bringing new money with them.
But as yet, none has emerged and rumours of Saints selling players is not helping their position.
Dave Merrington told the Echo: ‘I don’t think we should be in the position whereby if we want some investment we have to sell our best players.
‘If that’s the case then the new board are no different to the previous one. Rupert Lowe must be sitting at home thinking this lot are no different to me.’
