We will soon know whether we will be returning to our regular red and white stripes, or retaining a strip similar to that of the centenary year.
The design of the new strip is a much considered decision which incorporates a number of factors and influences such as, tradition, heritage and supporter feedback, whilst also looking to provide innovative design elements as part of the ‘Tailored by Umbro’ range.
The club has said that it is confident we will all like the new design and that it will prove to be even more popular than the centenary strip proved to be last season.
The launch date has been confirmed as Wednesday 20th July with the strip being sold from Thursday 21st July.
Though still five weeks away we do at least know now, when we will be informed of our new design.
