Southern Daily Echo Lies Again

We have seen our football club saved from extinction and all the local rag can do is stir, stir and stir.

For some reason the rag has taken it upon itself to spin cock and bull stories about the club since our chairman banned it from St Mary’s.

Now we hear that there is complete unrest in the camp. Nicola Cortese is unhappy with Alan Pardew. Wow, big deal.

A lot of fans are unhappy because we keep hearing biased, unfounded tales from our camp. A place one must remember that is out of bounds to the rag.

This beggars the question as to whether there is a grass in the camp or worse, is the paper simply fabricating the tales for sales of the trashy little paper.

If someone is feeding the paper with unfounded gossip they should take a close look at themselves. Perhaps they are being paid for these idle snippets of misinformation.

I am becoming more and more surprised that the paper still exists. It does not have an ear in St Mary’s anymore and still writes as though it is in the know.

Having been banned by the person that their vendetta is against, why doesn’t someone tell the dumb S.O.B’s to grovel and maybe our saviour will let them back in to the fold.

But no, I have to wonder where they keep their brains. If they insist on continuing in this perpetual vendetta more and more people will stop buying their rag.

so our home game was missed by Markus because he was raging about our poor performances and failure to reach the play-offs. Not the fact that planes were yet again grounded by the ash.

Cortese wants to see AP in a meeting on Weds/Thurs now Friday to sack him becaise of the same poor performances.

Why didn’t he just give him the boot after the game? Or hasn’t he found another manager to fill AP’s position yet?

The fact that the meeting might be a discussion for the needs and plans for next season, seems too tame for the Southern Daily Echo.

Has the thought that Saints fans are much more likely to buy their rag if it has something enlightening to say about our club. Instead of digging for dirt all of the time.

The time for good old fashioned honest reporting has returned. The club is on the mend and so could the paper be if it was to try being fairer in it’s reporting.
