Swiss buyers set to buy Saints

The Swiss buyers who lead the race to buy Southampton could complete the deal for the club in the next 24 hours.

The international group are thought to be related with Swiss billionaires Willi and Isolde Liebherr, and are on the verge of rescuing the Hampshire club.

Of course, there are possible glitches which could complicate the takeover, as many Southampton fans have witnessed with the Pinnacle deal breaking down, and the Marc Jackson group withdrawing their bid for the League One outfit.

However, administrator Mark Fry believes that a deal for the club can be made today as he revealed that the Swiss group ‘tick all the right boxes’.
