The Pathway Is There For Shaw

Nigel Adkins has delighted to hear Luke Shaw commit himself to Southampton the other day, and he’s been delighted with his application on the pitch so far this season.

Speaking to saintsfc, the gaffer said.

‘We’re delighted. Luke still isn’t 18 yet, but he’s in the team and doing ever so well. The pathway is there for him, so it’s really pleasing that he’s happy here. He’s progressing and developing, that’s the important thing. He’s maturing all the time.’
