Maya Yoshida has said that going back to basics helped in our win against QPR, so they are planning on keeping things simple as we move forward.

Speaking to saintsfc in the build up to our game against Newcastle, Yoshida knows a little winning run would do the club the world of good.

‘It’s a big week, if we win two or three games in a row, everything will be good – we’ll get points, but also confidence and happiness. For me and the team, it didn’t matter how we win, we just needed three points.’
