A Sunday tabloid has reported this morning that Saints left back Gareth Bale has been sold to Manchester United.
The Sunday Mirror has reported that a fee of £8 million has been agreed for the 17 year old Welsh International.
The transfer will apparently go through at the end of the season, with Gareth Bale re-joining Southampton for the 2007-08 season on loan.
