Lee Hoos, Chief Executive of the club has resigned today. In a short parting statement he said; ‘I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here – it is a great club with tremendous staff.’
‘I really hope they get back into the Premier League quickly.

‘We came agonisingly close to doing it a year ago and we thought we had a great chance again this season but ended up celebrating finishing 20th in the Championship.

‘I only hope that everyone – fans, shareholders and employees – can put past differences behind them to unite and take this club forward again.’

It’s fair to assume that Leon Crouch, Keith Wiseman and Patrick Trant have begun clearing their desks to follow suit, having accepted the inevitable outcome of this lurid chapter in Saints history.

So Lowe and Wilde have what they want now. I for one am absolutely disgusted with the pair of them but have no chance of telling them this. Maybe the chairman of the Saints Trust will speak up for the fans he’s supposed to represent and surprise us all. Then again, as he’s been trying to oil the wheels for Lowe’s smooth return that seems unlikely doesn’t it?

Our great club, systematically being destroyed by incompetent, power hungry, selfish individuals. I’m utterly appalled. If someone can put a positive spin on this (apart from self-serving sycophantic wannabes) please feel free to do so. I for one could do with cheering up.
