Artur Boruc was rightly pleased following the Norwich game earlier today, as his penalty save added to our clean sheet list.

However he did admit a touch of frustration that we failed to take all three points after dominating for large periods of the game.

Speaking to saintsfc our goalie said we should take the positives from the game and not beat ourselves up for dropping two points.

‘I’d rather look at it in a positive way, I’d rather have one point than none. I’m happy with the point and with the clean sheet especially because we’ve missed that in the last couple of wees. We’re playing good football but unfortunately we have been losing. Hopefully we’re going to go forward from this point and keep staying positive, so now we go onto the next game.’

Boruc stayed out of the controversial decision to award the penalty, instead focusing on the save.

‘I haven’t seen it on TV so it’s hard to judge, but what happened, happened. It didn’t look like a penalty but it was a good time to make a save finally. We’d done our homework, that’s something our goalkeeping coach (Toni Jimenez) helps a lot with. You’re always pleased when you save a penalty especially when it keeps it at nil nil, it was very important.’
