Glynn Snodin has left his post as Southampton first-team coach to join West Ham.

Snodin previously worked under Alan Curbishley at Charlton.

Chief scout John Gorman will take over the role while Saints look for a replacement.

Gorman has plenty of experience as a coach and was England assistant manager under former Southampton manager Glenn Hoddle.
