Another of our new signings, Emmanuel Mayuka, has spoken on his delight at joining the club.
Speaking to saintsfc following his move from BSC Young Boys, the forward said.
‘It feels great, I’m really excited and happy to be here and I just cannot wait to be out there wearing a Southampton shirt. I think the passion of the team and the fans is good and I believe that Southampton is one of the best clubs in England, so for me it was quite easy to decide to come here.’
Confidence certainly isn’t an issue for the Zambian, who whilst not disclosing his targets for the season, added.
‘You’ll just have to wait to see what I can produce, and maybe you’ll find out on Sunday what I can do.’
