Former FIFA-listed referee Chris Foy has been officiating in the Premier League since 15 December 2001 when he ran the Bolton Wanderers v Charlton Athletic game, and he has earned a reputation for being one of the most respected referees in the game.

Foy was a Football League referee for five years before being promoted to the Select Group in 2001. Since then he has been in charge of two major cup finals.

The first was in 2009 when he oversaw Manchester United`s penalty shoot-out victory over Tottenham Hotspur to lift the League Cup. The following year, he was in charge as Chelsea won the FA Cup with a 1-0 victory over Portsmouth at Wembley Stadium.

This season He has refereed one Saint’s game which was our cup defeat to Leeds United by 3 goals to 0. He handed out 2 bookings to Saint’s players and 1 to Leeds.
