Almost single handed it seemed, at times, he somehow succeeded in keeping the rampaging Leeds United strike force at bay.

Earlier n the season we had even been debating whether it was time for Bartosz Bialkowski to be given a shot at keeping opponents at bay.

After a game like that though these debates seem a bit pointless. Something which if we had left Elland Road as we would have had no complaints.

Talking about the game Kelvin said, ‘I’m pleased with the clean sheet, and pleased with the win. It’s obvious that we didn’t play very well today, but to contribute and make the saves and go on to win the game – obviously I’m delighted.’

After the game the rest of the team mobbed him and were clearly overjoyed to have seen such a superb match winning performance from our keeper.

When asked whether that was his best ever performance Kelvin replied, “It`s got to be up there,” when it happens you never think it`s the best game you`ve ever had.’

For me this performance was the best I have seen from Kelvin although we have seen a few. Only time will tell if it was the difference betwen us getting promoted, or not.
