Graziano Pellè is the latest Saints player to receive a call up ahead of the forthcoming international break.
Pellè will represent his native Italy as they prepare to face Belgium and Romania. Both games are friendlies and, for the striker, it will present a chance to further international success as he looks for a call up to Euro 2016 in France.
In Italy’s last fixture, Pellè netted the winner against Norway in the 82nd minute. This saw his country to a 2-1 win and finish top of their qualification group.
As well as Pelle, Stekelenburg, Clasie and Van Dijk have all been called up for Holland. Fonte and Cédric will represent Portugal and Ryan Bertrand has received the England call.
Saints’ next fixture will take place after the international break. They will take on Stoke at St. Mary’s on 21st November.
