Rickie Lambert is out for three games after his sending off against Brighton and we will need to find someone to fill his boots.

Morgan Schneiderlin is likely to return but there are a few players out injured and Nigel might wish to rest a couple of players that play in most games.

Talking to the Saints Player Nigel said that most clubs will be facing the injuries problem at this time of year.

‘It is about how you deal with it. We have young players who we want to bring through the system when the opportunity arises, but our desire is to win games of football, because it is a results driven industry that we are in.

With all of the squads being taught to play in the same style it is hoped that our success with the academy will continue to bring players through to the first team.

I fully expect to see at least two of the youngsters play on Saturday and one could be James Ward-Prowse who did well when he got a game for us in the Carling Cup.

Aaron Martin will probably get another game as Jos Hooiveldt centre back partner and possibly someone like Danny Butterfield could get a run out giving Frazer Richardson a rest.

It will be very interesting to see who actually plays for us against Coventry. Especially considering our next game is also away, at Nottm Forest.
