Frenchman Morgan Schneiderlin feels that after experiencing them last season the team will be better prepared for it this time around.

He says that this was the time where we lost a lot of points because we persisted with the football even when conditions were telling us we needed to change our style at times.

He admitted that his game is made for playing the ball on the ground and not for the air.

With Richard Chaplow now firmly ensconced as a fixture he knows also that he now has a fight on his hands just to get a game.

Saying that the competition will help improve all concerned is one thing but the proof is in the making of the pie.

Walsall he admits will be a tough ask as they will be lifted by the manner of their performance when winningat Charlton last weekend.

On paper this is the easiest of our three remaining games this month though Morgan thinks not.

His reasoning is that we play better against the top teams. Having been outplayed by Huddersfield that remains to be seen.

He does know that Walsall will be up for the game and if we are to get anything from the game we will have to be strong enough to force the way we want to play on them.

All we can say here is that we hope the team is ready to fight and to do so from the off.
