Nigel Adkins was fuming about our start to the second half today against West Ham and the awful goals we conceded.
Speaking to saintsfc after the awful 4-1 loss the manager said.
‘I thought we did well in the first half. If you look at the threats that West Ham have got I thought we nullified them by keeping a high line and defending well. At 0-0 I thought we were the better team, but then we conceded two awful goals. We can’t concede the goals that we keep conceding.’
But sadly we still are and we need to start turning these losses into at least draws so we pick up some points and start moving away from the bottom.
