Barnard Injury Scare Over

Lee Barnard is on loan at Oldham but missed last weekends game against Sheffield United through having a tight hamstring.

Having now had a scan Lee has been given the all clear. He will work with Oldham’s head of sports medicine Jon Guy today and tomorrow and, providing there are no problems, he will resume full training on Thursday.

This has to be good news for Lee as he works at possibly getting more game time to either show his talent or get a contract at Oldham as he is well down the pecking order at Saints.
