Southampton’s new striker says that he is ready and hopes to show our fans what he is all about soon. He is hoping to make a good early impression.
Osvaldo was officially presented to the media for the first time on Monday afternoon, and the 27 year-old Argentine-born, Italian striker is already looking to pulling on a Saints shirt.
“My first impressions are that I`m very pleased to be here,” he told Saints Player. “The stadium is fantastic and I can`t wait to start training with my new teammates.”
Dani played under Saints manager Mauricio Pochettino at RCD Espanyol, where he scored 20 goals in 44 appearances, and the frontman is looking forward to a reunion with his previous gaffer.
He went on to say he knows how Mauricio works and is pleased to be in his team playing with that style.
