After grabbing a hattrick against Etoile Carouge, Billy Sharp has said he’s delighted with how pre season is shaping up for him at the moment.
Speaking to saintsfc Sharp said he was pleased to get on the pitch for another 45 minutes, and obviously that he was delighted to get on the scoresheet.
‘I thought we did well in the second half, it’s pretty hard in the heat but I managed to get a few goals. We’ve had two games now, so 45 minutes each in each game, and have another one so hopefully we can keep getting fitter and keep putting on good performances.’
