Southampton have been busy in the transfer market again and will have a new striker on show on Saturday. The feel good factor will be building as we prepare for Sunderland and another win will definitely help it continue.
A busy transfer window which has exceeded our wildest dreams was followed by an opening day away win. Our first opening day win since 1999 against Coventry.
Saturday as well we will see Pablo Daniel (Dani) Osvaldo. Whether he starts or not is immateriel as his mere presence will be greeted joyously by the St Mary’s faithful.
If he does even half as well as Dejan Lovren and Victor Wanyama on their debuts he will do just fine for the club.
I have a feeling that Saturday is a must be there day at St Mary’s as something special is beginning to happen. Saints are definitely on the march.
