The Saints travel to the league leaders on Easter Friday in a bid to avoid relegation to League 1.
Southampton are on the back of a 2-2 draw at Watford on Tuesday night, and the moral in the Southampton camp is good after an 88th minute Jan Paul Saeijs free kick rescued the Saints.
A win tomorrow for the Saints would see them get out of the bottom three until Nottingham Forest and Norwich City play on Saturday.
Wolves need the three points also, being just two points clear at the top, with Birmingham City gaining ground on their Midlands rivals with a 2-0 victory on Monday night.
This makes tomorrow’s encounter a must win for both sides, and should be a feisty affair on Good Friday.

Wolves will be without their formidable strike force of Chris Iwelumo (knee) and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake (hamstring).
Manager Mick McCarthy has a selection dilemma, with Sam Vokes, Marlon Harewood and Andy Keogh battling it out to replace the injured strikers, while Matt Jarvis may replace the injured Michael Kightly.
Player to watch: Marlon Harewood
The 29-year-old has joined the Wolves on loan until the end of the season and Harewood has shown what he can do at this level with West Ham.
Harewood made his debut for Wolves in the 2-0 loss away to Birmingham on Monday night, and is likely to replace the injured duo up front.
The powerful striker will no doubt cause the Saints defence problems and will be a constant threat throughout the game.
Southampton Team News:
Southampton have no new injuries, and Mark Wotte is likely to start the same team that battled back to draw with Watford.
Striker Marek Saganowski is pushing for a start after coming off the bench to look lively and give the boss something to think about.
Player to watch: David McGoldrick
The 21-year-old had a very good game at Vicarage Road, just behind the two strikers.
McGoldrick is the clubs top goalscorer with 12 for the season, and the young striker will be out to guide the Saints away from relegation.

Saints fans have good memories of Molineux, when a Marek Saganowski hat-trick gave the Saints a 6-0 victory in the Black Country, in the 2006-07 season.
