The 22-year-old attacker was photographed in Southampton’s first full training session after the international break as pictures from the club’s official Twitter account show after spending the first half of the season out on loan with MLS side the New York Red Bulls.
Despite being unable to lead to New Jersey-based franchise to MLS Cup glory, the Saints academy product left a positive impact with the Red Bulls, scoring against the Philadelphia Union in the Play-Offs before being forced off with an injury.
Should Southampton let Sims go for good?
