Ralph Hasenhuttl’s side let their first Premier League win since mid-September slip on past them as the Saints outplayed the Gunners at the Emirates Stadium with the south coast club having chance after chance to put the game to bed before Alexandre Lacazette rescued a point for Unai Emery’s struggling Arsenal side.
Will Hasenhuttl turn Southampton's fortunes around?
Yes
No
The points might not have been won, but Southampton’s performance on the day filled supporters with a new-found confidence that has not been experienced in some time, and supporters on social media are now feeling like the Saints can go into their next four Premier League games with the heart and desire to start picking up some wins.
Here’s what some Southampton fans had to say about their upcoming Premier League fixtures on Twitter, with some confidence they can get their season back on track after their performance against Arsenal…
These games are huge and we should be confident as we played so well yesterday and it was strange we didn’t put away those good chances but another day I’m sure we would have scored them and really positive play made us the better team.

They are HUGE. And our players need to know we have to play like we did v City and v Arsenal. If they don’t, we’re doomed!
