Sometimes in football, it’s the messages that aren’t about the beautiful game that unites supporters, and that has recently been the case for Southampton.

The club announced on their official Twitter account that American band The Killers will be performing at St. Mary’s next June.
With Southampton enduring a difficult season that has so far seen the Saints lose 9-0 to Leicester City, concede the most goals in the Premier League and currently sit 19th in the standings, the announcement that The Killers will be coming to Southampton was enough to see some supporters band together in support of one common goal.
