Plenty of Southampton fans have been howling over the club’s latest post which involved our very own Matt Le Tissier.
The club’s official Twitter account showcased a Tik Tok video that our striker was featured in, acting out scenes over the sound of iconic match commentary of some of his finest goals.
If you don’t know already, Le Tissier is one of the greatest players to ever wear the famous red and white shirt. He joined the club as an apprentice in 1986 and retired from his playing career as a hero in 2002.

Over the course of 16 years at The Dell, he managed to score 212 goals in 465 appearances in all competitions for Southampton, which stands to this day as the highest goalscorer in the club’s long and illustrious history.
Unsurprisingly, supporters drooled over the club’s post and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that he was a “terrific guy”, while another described him as a “genius”.
