Speaking the club’s official Twitter account, the Austrian manager spoke of how this weekend the Southampton manager is aiming to reward the 3,000 fans travelling to the English capital to watch the Saints take on the Gunners in what is a massive fixture for Southampton.
Will Southampton claim Premier League survival?YesNo |
The south coast side currently sit in the relegation zone of the Premier League table, yet three points against an out of form Arsenal side might be enough to see Southampton escape the clutches of the bottom three should results elsewhere go their way.
Here’s what Southampton fans had to say about Hasenhuttl’s comments ahead of tomorrow’s fixture, with lots of supporters unconvinced the Austrian will be able to guide the Saints to three points…
Ralph is useless. The longer he stays the bigger the gap will become.

Lots of supporters were preparing for the worst at the Emirates…
Won’t get anything. Waste of a Saturday for 3,000 people.

I’m hoping, but not expecting, Ralph will have learnt something on the international break, maybe even some defensive tactics, but doubt it very much.
