The club’s official Twitter account posted pictures yesterday of the first-team squad back in training after a few days off for the inaugural Premier League winter break, with Southampton set to return to league action this weekend when Burnley make the trip down to St. Mary’s.

And a few Saints fans on social media were buzzing to see the squad back in training, with confidence fully restored in the team as well as Ralph Hasenhuttl following an impressive few weeks in the Premier League which have seen Southampton climb out of the relegation zone.
